Richard B. Gallier, Jr.
Vice President

Rick B. Gallier, Jr. has been around construction his entire life. Upon graduation from college in 1995, he and his father started a concrete and metal building erection company, which later merged with Super Structures General Contractors, Inc. in 2003. Some projects Rick, Jr. has been involved in include assisted living facilities, industrial, multi family, manufacturing, warehouse buildings, retail, medical offices and state and federal projects. Rick, Jr. has brought his experiences to the company, along with the knowledge of all aspects of metal building construction.

Rick, Jr. holds a BA in International Business from Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia and a MSc in Project Management with a concentration in Construction and Infrastructure from The University of Liverpool in Liverpool, England.

Charles (Chuck) Algire
Business Deployment

Charles “Chuck” Algire started his construction career in 2005 when he started as a laborer for ServPro. Within two years Chuck had moved up through Team Lead, Estimator, and into the production management position, working up to 13 mitigation and rebuild projects at a time. As a member of the US Army Reserve, Chuck also lead or participated in several construction projects while deployed to Iraq, on two different deployments, helping to rebuild the infrastructure and law enforcement capabilities of the Iraq police and government agencies.

Chuck also brings an extensive knowledge of business practices and needs to the team at Super Structures General Contractors, Inc. through his experience not only working for many strong industry leaders but also building a business from the ground up.

Sergio Tromba
Superintendent

Sergio has five years of experience in the construction field, primarily in site work, sales, and training in SSGC’s portion of the building process.  Sergio has passed his Heavy Highway and is leading up this section of work for Super Structures. Overseeing large project site work projects with the right credentials.  He also assists with bidding and oversight on projects while contributing to our business development efforts as we continue to grow.

Secretary Treasurer

With over 40 years of building experience and holding Class A contractor’s licenses in the states of Virginia and Texas, Rick B. Gallier, Sr. has the knowledge to assist individuals in constructing the perfect building. He has been involved in construction projects including six 100+ unit apartment projects, warehouses, several large mini-storage projects, retail shops, office complexes, bowling allies, country clubs, libraries, gymnasiums, government facilities, school additions, church construction and renovation, U.S. Government facilities, and executive homes. His education includes an MBA from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Beatrice L. Gallier
President

With a Master’s Degree in Education Services, Beatrice has worked in the business since its beginning and ran the office operations for over 20 years. Though no longer active in the everyday affairs, her continuing role allows us to retain our woman owned status for government jobs.

Todd Gess

Jeff Motley
Project Manager

Jeff was a new addition to Supper Structures and has been a valuable team member.  His 30 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry and knowledge in construction industry has been an asset especially within the PEMB project that we are involved with.  Jeff holds a BA in Business Management from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, VA.

Licenses Currently Held:

  • VA Real Estate.

Certification Held/Memberships:

  • OSHA 40
  • Member National Association of Realtors
