Project Description

The demands of this project required addressing challenges that met the owner’s busy delivery schedule that shared the only means of access to a limited lay down area. This required detailed coordination for staging materials in the limited laydown area between deliveries which were scheduled. The existing panels were two layers of interior and external panels. Super Structures replaced the 110 feet tall building with 3″ insulated panels. These panels were 26 gauge on both sides with the interior panels requiring a food grade painted coating.

The lengths of the panels were 12′, 24′, 44′, and 30′ tall. All louver were replaced with interior bird and insect screens on the louvers.
