The Shade and Wise Brick Company project was completed in Powhatan, Virginia for owner Shade and Wise. A & S Building Company is listed as the building manufacturer, and the project was completed as a design-build general contracting project for Super Structures.
The office building was created by combining three metal buildings into one structure. The office section was taller than the wings, with the roof placed on the same roof plane. The project also included Artisan concealed fastener soffit panels.
Inside, the showroom included tray ceilings, while the supporting buildings included office space, accounting space, and four conference rooms. The warehouse building was 16,000 sq. ft., with block exterior walls up to 16 ft. and PBU panels on the remaining wall areas.
