The Guild Industries project was completed in Powhatan, Virginia as an 8,800 sq. ft. office and warehouse facility. The project combined office and warehouse use in one building.
The construction approach included a monolithic slab, stick-built construction, and a pre-engineered metal building. This gave the project a combination of conventional and pre-engineered construction methods.
