The Stuart Rolfe Muffler & Auto Service project was completed in Midlothian, Virginia, with A & S Buildings listed as the building manufacturer. The building measured 80 ft. x 130 ft. x 22 ft. tall.
The exterior included brick veneer to tie the building together with the adjacent building into one center purchased by the owners. The owner wanted to achieve a building that used Super PEMB panels to adhere the brick to the structure panels.
Super Structures welded the purlins to strengthen the structure and added a 10 ft. liner panel system inside the building to protect the insulation. This approach saved the client thousands of dollars.
The office area was 1,600 sq. ft. and included a mezzanine for future bathrooms. The shop area included vehicle lifts and 16 ft. x 12 ft. overhead openings on both sides of the building, allowing service vehicles to drive through the building.
