The ICS project was completed in New Kent County, Virginia as a home base for a stud, sheetrock, and stucco subcontractor. The building combined office and warehouse functions into one facility.
The office area was 6,300 sq. ft., and the warehouse area was 11,700 sq. ft. The building included an 18,000 sq. ft. concrete slab, which was poured in one day.
