Phase 1:

• Install One side of tower with 3” FDA Insulated panels.
• Remove panels for dryvit over the existing block walls.
• Cover existing class wall with panels.
• Project cost: $1.1 million

Phase 2:

• Contractor: W.J. Rapp
• Demo existing two layer panels system.
• Install 3” FDA Insulated Wall Panels.
• Installed all new louvers.
• Project cost $1.3 million

Phase 3:

• Contractor: W. J. Rapp
• Redo all large bi-folding doors.
• Demo Oreo and Nilla Penthouses.
• Demo all Phase 3 panels for Dryvit.
• Provided all of the new Louvers.
• Project cost $700K
