The Eagle Telecommunications project was completed in Powhatan, Virginia for owner Jim Canada. The building measured 5,500 sq. ft. and used Metallic Buildings as the listed building manufacturer.
The exterior used steel stud construction with brick and block finishes. The roof was a green 16-inch seamed roof with two roof dormers, giving the building a more conventional commercial appearance.
The interior was designed for office operations. It included seven private offices, one conference room, four bathrooms, one computer room, and a break room with a kitchen. These spaces created a complete office environment with work areas, meeting space, technology support, and staff amenities.
