Constructed in Chesterfield County. In this facility the units are pre-engineered with roll up doors and masonry perimeter walls.
Initial build of 65,000 sf, 400 units with an additional 35 units added in 2018.
Each building's slab was constructed to be stair-stepped to accommodate the contours of the site conditions.
