Office and a fabrication building. / Office is 5,000 sf with a view of the shop side. Shop is 8,500 sf with floor cranes and a slab that has a Zeren floor draining system. This system drains into a catch bassoon that recycles the water and removes the contaminates.​

In 2019 the owner added a 60 x125 Canopy it house the granite slabs.​
