The building is 80’ x 120’ x 22’ tall. The exterior is a little unique; to value-engineer the building and to make sure we met the county architectural guidelines, Super Structures developed an idea using a 22-gauge PBR panels to adhere the brick to these panels. Super Structures added girts to strengthen the structure and additionally added a 10’ liner panels system inside to protect the insulation. This saved the client thousands of dollars.
The office is a 1,600 sf with a mezzanine for later expansion.
The shop area has vehicle lifts, and the 10' x 12' overhead openings are on both sides of the building, allowing service personnel to drive though the building, if needed.
