The building is 80’ x 120’ x 22’ tall. The exterior is a little unique. To value engineer the building and to make sure we met the county architectural guidelines Super Structures developed an idea using a 22-gauge PBR panels to adhere the brick to these panels. Super Structures added girts to strengthen the structure and additional added a 10’ liner panels system inside to protect the insulation. This saved the client thousands of dollars.
The office is a 1,600 sf with a mezzanine for latter expansion.
The shop area has vehicle lifts, and the 10 x 12 overhead opening are on both sides of the building, so if the service person wanted to drive though the building, they can.
Super Structures always treats their clients’ monies like there own. If we can “save”, were we, can we try our best.
