- Design/Build project for an office and a fabrication building
- Office is 5,000 sf with a view of the shop side
- Shop is 8,500 sf with floor cranes
- Shop floor slab has a Zeren floor draining system. This system drains into a catch basin that recycles the water and removes the contaminants.
In 2019 the owner added a 60' x125' storage canopy for granite slab storage.
