- 5,500 sf pre-engineered metal building with conventional exterior. The exterior steel stud framed walls cladded with split-faced CMU, brick veneer, and EIFS finishes are utilized to enhance the traditional exterior façade appearance.
- The roof is a 16” standing seamed green roof boasting 2 dormers to create a roof line that is like conventional built structures.
- The building includes:
- 7 private offices
- Conference room
- 4 restrooms
- Computer room
- Break room with kitchen
