Shade & Wise Office Building

This design/build project consisted of three separate metal building frames which were utilized to compose the overall finished structure. The office portion of the structure is flanked by two wings that utilize the same roof plane as the taller office framed building. Artisan concealed fasteners are used to attach the soffit panels for a cleaner, sleeker, and more modern look over conventionally attached soffits. Its exterior walls are sixteen feet high CMU block wainscot with PBU panels to finish out the façade of the structure. ​
The interior ceiling stands out due to the tray ceilings that were utilized to enhance the space of the show room sales area. The two wings house supporting offices, accounting department, and consultation/conference rooms. ​
A 16,000 square feet warehouse structure complements the show room and office and completes out the facility. ​
